What is HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING?
Training that makes perfect sense.
-
Brief whole-body workout sessions, once or twice per week, have been demonstrated in the scientific literature to profoundly affect strength, health, and overall fitness.
-
Only one or two thirty-minute sessions per week are needed. Focus on athletic skills, performing activities of daily living well, or just about anything you enjoy with confidence and not spending all day in the gym.
-
As a Certified American College of Sports Medicine Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Chuck has over 30 years of High Intensity Training experience with clinical, athletic, and healthy individuals.

❝Chuck Bixby is likely the best personal trainer in the entire country.
I was lucky to have Chuck on my team at Live Oak Strength for nearly 2 years. In that time, he won over the respect of all our clients and other trainers. He led by example, remained focused under stressful circumstances, and always over delivered. It is no surprise that during his time at Live Oak Strength, we were recognized for being the best private personal training facility and gym in Oakland by both Oakland Magazine and East Bay Express readers.
Anyone who gets a chance to train under Chuck's guidance should consider themselves extremely privileged for the opportunity. You won't have a better time getting superior results training with anyone else, safely and as efficiently as possible. What are you waiting for? Go train with Chuck right now and discover how strong you are meant to be.
Now go get your can of corn!❞
